Materials and Design: Built to Last
The quartz tube is filled with halogen and has a special coating that keeps the heat output steady and helps the filament last longer. This coating also makes it tough against thermal shock, so you can turn it on and off without worrying about it burning out too soon. For the electrical connection, we went with R7s connectors. They’re industrial-grade, make a solid connection, and make swapping out a tube a quick job. When a tube needs replacing, you can get back to work fast.
