ERP-Compliant Halogen Heater: 400V, 2500W, R7s Connector for Industrial Heating
We built this heater for the places where you need serious heat—but you just don’t have room to spread out. It’s a halogen lamp, designed to throw focused infrared right where you need it, for the tough, repeatable heating jobs on the floor.
Power, Voltage, and Size—Without the Bulk
This unit runs at 2500W on 400V, so you get a lot of punch without pulling more current than you have to. And the tube is only 300mm long, which means it slips into tight spots where longer elements would be a non-starter. That power-to-size combo gives you a fast ramp-up, which is great—just know your control and cooling have to keep up. If your machine can’t move heat away quickly, nearby parts can get hotter than you’d expect.
What’s Inside: Halogen, Coating, and the R7s Connection
Inside, the halogen capsule keeps output steady over time by running the filament hotter without burning out fast. The quartz envelope takes thermal shock in stride, and the coating helps keep the spectral output consistent, so the target absorbs heat predictably. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a straightforward two-end contact that makes wiring fast and gives the lamp a solid, stable seat in the reflector. Installation stays simple, and the lamp stays aligned even when things are running.
Where It Shines: Fast, Localized Heat, Easy Swaps
Use this where you need heat, fast, and right on target—plastic processing, coating curing, or thermal stations on an assembly line. The compact tube and standard R7s interface make it a clean drop-in replacement. You get predictable heat, repeatable performance, and a form factor that fits where space is tight. Just remember: at 2500W, your power supply and thermal management have to be planned for.
